1. Who we are

These terms apply when you buy from this website. The seller is Illuminated Innovations (Pty) Ltd, trading as Ruck & Run Rugby.

2. The product and price

We sell the Ruck & Run Resistance Band for R 229 each during The Founding 20 (usual price R 299 after this batch). This run is limited to 12 units. Resistance is 6-15kg. Prices are in South African Rand. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Free delivery applies to addresses in South Africa only.

3. Orders and payment

You place an order by completing checkout and paying through PayFast. We accept the order when PayFast confirms the payment. Until then, stock is held for a short time and may be released if payment is not completed.

Card details are collected and processed by PayFast. We do not store your full card number.

4. Delivery

We deliver anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy. Typical delivery is 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Times can vary with the courier and your location. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Returns and refunds

No refunds for change of mind. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong quantity, or no longer want the product.

That does not take away rights the law gives you:

• If the product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by the Consumer Protection Act (section 56). This implied warranty lasts 6 months from delivery.
• If you are a consumer buying by electronic transaction, you may cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (section 44), unless an exception applies (for example, goods you have opened or used).

To raise a defect or cooling-off cancellation, email orders@ruckandrunrugby.com with your order number and photos if the product is damaged. We will tell you how to return it. Unless the law says otherwise, you cover the cost of sending it back.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
